The Advisory Board supports the long-term development of JEBSS without replacing the operational authority of the Editor-in-Chief and handling editors. Members may advise on strategy, emerging fields, international partnerships, ethics, indexing readiness and evaluation of the journal’s performance.

Functions

  • Provide periodic advice on aims, scope and emerging interdisciplinary research areas.
  • Support international visibility and identify responsible opportunities for collaboration.
  • Advise on indexing readiness, preservation, metadata and open-access development.
  • Offer independent perspective on major policy questions or difficult integrity matters when invited.
  • Encourage high-quality submissions and reviewer participation without promising favourable outcomes.

Composition principles

The board should include experienced researchers from multiple countries, institutions and subject areas. JEBSS maintains editorial independence while cooperating with Rauf Denktaş University Scientific Research Centre. Advisory membership should reflect a diversity of scholarly perspectives. Each member’s current affiliation and country must be published and reviewed at least annually.

Named members will be listed here when available.
